Setting the pace
We have worked with brand, marketing and HCM teams at Goldman Sachs for more than 20 years, providing the full range of agency services from brand design to web and infographic design, filmmaking, copy and content consulting and execution. We have developed brands and assets for a number of the firm flagship ESG programmes, including 10,000 Small Businesses, One Million Black Women, and 10,000 Women. We developed an infographic to present the firm’s intern pulse survey, communications for its performance review process and internal training resources, and worked as editorial consultants with the Asset Management division on its research report on Family Office investment behaviours.
Most recently, we supported the firm’s ground-breaking work on active allyship in the run up to its inaugural Advancing Allyship conference. We have designed and edited a suite of allyship guides that address the challenges faced by different sections within the employee and wider community, and offer practical strategies to build inclusion and express allyship.
